Quest Objective:

• 1. Severed Extremity (15)
  Mikro comments: You first need to kill some alliance or stumble upon some orc corpses. Then you dismember them with the provided bonesaw. Once that is complete you need to loot the remains for quest items. Some a skinnier and provide less “parts” and some can provide 3 or even more.
