    I had a difficult time trying to figure this quest out.

    You don’t have to touch the guy healing. All I did was left the guy alone until he was no longer doing anything else with the body and then attacked the body. It takes a bit of time to destroy the body, but once you do then the healer runs away and the quest is complete.
