This is not a complete walk through….I have gone to the Fleetmaster, but he does not give me the subquest in order to get the head. He is green to me. I have searched the web trying to find the answers, but it seems that the same answers are everywhere and they are not helping.
Please either say that the quest is bugged or give what it is that I need to do.
